Shelley has been a licensed California attorney for more than thirty years. She graduated with High Honors from the University of California, Berkeley and then obtained her J.D. from the University of Southern California. 

 

She has participated in numerous trials and administrative proceedings, authored more than twenty appellate briefs and argued before several of the California Courts of Appeal, as well as the Ninth Circuit.

 

Shelley has also provided advice and counsel to medical staffs, healthcare entities and providers. She is listed as an approved hearing officer by the California Society of Health Care Attorneys.
